Refund Eligibility

At Lunara Comfort, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• With all original tags and packaging intact
• Accompanied by the original proof of purchase

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at contactlunaracomfort@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for refund:

• Items showing signs of wear or damage caused by customer misuse
• Items purchased on clearance or sale (final sale items)
• Custom or personalized products
• Items returned without proper documentation
• Items returned after 30 days from receipt

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.
